Hi we are terrible sorry of what happen with the apps and to the account is not our responsibility but Google Play Team are the responsible of that (after 2 years of subsequencial approval app PSPe+ as been rejected), but we have good news that we will still giving support for some apps here in website, and for PSPe+, Visit our Git and see as legit app it is, as opensource Gnu GPL V2 .Any contact please leave a message at mstudio.mo@gmail.com..
